This is such an easy and delicious recipe and perfect for the whole family to make. Look for the most in-season fruit to top on your healthy chia pudding. This makes 2 servings
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1/2 cup oat milk or milk of choice
1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener
Fruit like goldenberries, strawberries, blackberries, granola, mint whatever you're in the mood for
1. Pour all ingredients into a jar and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix 2. again very well until you see no clumping.
2. Cover the jar and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
3.cWhen you're ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
