Ingredients
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tbs minced fresh herbs
- 1.5 tsp Old Salt lavender sea salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine butter, herbs, and salt, and mix until evenly and completely incorporated
- Transfer the butter onto a piece of parchment. Using the parchment, roll the butter into a log around 4 in long and 1.5 in wide. Close the paper around it and twist the ends to seal
- Refrigerate until firm (around 1 hr)
- Wrap butter and parchment in plastic wrap or place in an airtight container. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Unwrap and slice to use.
