Lime Slice Sugar
When Dutch found himself in the Florida Keys, he spent time island hopping and found a treasured island called Islamorada. A Spanish treasure fleet was wrecked on the reefs of Islamorada during a hurricane in 1733. This may be the origins of the salvage business that thrived in the area for many years. Well, we think Dutch retrieved much of his spice cargo from these sunken vessels!
This tart sugar uses lime zest and is the perfect rimmer for your Moscow mule, on key lime pie, lime sugar cookies, in tea, as a finishing to a coconut curry and on your fresh berry breakfast bowl.
